We have a large range of teddy dressing up, clothes,shoes and accessories for the fashion conscious teddy bear in your life.

Please remember that all of our outfits are designed for 15" stuffed animals and will fit other leading high street bear stuffing outlets.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. Payments are made either through HSBC Esecure Payments or by cheque( please send within 7 days) payable to

Shipping And Handling
Orders can be sent by either First Class (proof of posting is always obtained) First Class Recorded Delivery, Standard Parcels or Special Delivery. We reccommend for orders over £28 you use Special Delivery or Standard Parcels..Postage is calculated as you go though checkout and is charged at cost.

All orders shipped via just 1st Class Royal Mail will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of an order sent by 1st Class Mail. Where orders are traceable, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.

We take great care in wrapping our orders by hand, ensuring they are in perfect condition before sending. If an outfit comes with a hat or you order accessories we will send in a box to avoid squashing in transit.

We ship all orders within 3 days of order being received.
Delivery Schedule
Orders can be sent by either First Class, First Class Recorded Delivery 1-2 working days or Special Delivery, orders in by 2pm for next working day/saturday delivery. We ship orders within 3-5 days after they are received.

First Class Recorded Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Orders usually arrive the working day after they are posted, but may take longer depending on Royal Mail. Please note that Recorded Delivery only insures to the value of £28, and the post office will only reimburse for losses up to this amount.

We recommend that the chosen shipping method for orders over £28 is Special Delivery. Please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is urgent or you want it sent to arrive on a specific day (Mon - Fri) for guaranteed next working day delivery, orders in by 2pm for next working day/saturday delivery

We cannot guarantee delivery date if you do not choose Special Delivery option, and we will not be held responsible for delays in 1st class post.

Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery. Orders arrive before 1pm the working day after they are despatched (Mon-Thur), they are also insured during the delivery process for a value up to £250.

If there is no one to sign for the delivery the postman will leave a card and the order will be taken back to your local sorting office. The card will explain what your options are for redelivery or collection. The sorting office usually hold items for a week and then they return them to us, if this happens we will get in touch with you to discuss arranging redelivery costs. Packages cannot be left unattended.

At the moment we only ship throughout the UK.

Please choose Royal Mail Special Delivery if your order is urgent or you want it sent to arrive on a specific day (Mon - Fri) for guaranteed next working day delivery.

Orders are dispatched within 3 -5 days, but normally same or next day.

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.
Delivery is NOT guaranteed for Saturdays but Royal Mail do deliver to most residential address on a Saturday, please be aware your order might arrive on the Monday.





Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will try and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel an order please do so asap, there will be a £1.50 administration charge. If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange replacement/refund, within 7 days.

If damaged in transit, please also conatct us, within 7 days.

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, please conatct us, WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED. It must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging, within 7 days. Please ensure your order number is on all correspondence as we will not refund without it.

Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of delivery and 25% restocking charge.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Post or Guaranteed Special Delivery.

Once worn, played with, incomplete or misused we will not refund or replace clothes & shoes or accessories.
