About Us Teddy Bear Cabin are a small teddy retailer located in the Isle of Wight.

We offer a unique and broad range of teddies with a personalised gift wrapping service.
Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.


We do not charge for any item until it is packaged and ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. All payments are made through HSBC Esecure Payments.

We can always supply you of further pictures of any particular bear you are interested in, please email us with your requirements.

By submission of the order the customer accepts the terms and conditions and authorises Teddybearcabin, through HSBC esecure payments to take payment for items selected.
Shipping And Handling

All orders are sent using Royal Mail.

Recorded and Special Delivery packages require a signature, if the recipient is not there to receive the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Packages cannot be left unattended.
Delivery Schedule At the moment Teddy Bear Cabin are only shipping our teddies throughout the UK. All orders are sent via Royal Mail - please make your choice at checkout.

If you want your teddy urgently or need it to be delivered on a specific day Mon-Sat PLEASE choose Special Delivery option on checkout. Orders need to be in by 1pm for order to be processed that day. Orders ship within 3-5 working days, although we do prioritize special delivery items. Personalised items may take longer.

Orders cannot be shipped or delivered on a Sunday and Bank/Public Holidays.

All orders shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class will have proof of postage obtained by us. This will be deemed the end of our responsibility for the shipping of all orders. Where orders are traceable, we will endeavour to offer all assistance in supporting you in tracing an item.

Special Delivery packages require a signature, if the recipient is not there to receive the package, a card will be left notifying of the delivery attempt. Packages cannot be left unattended. If you require an order for a specific day please use Special Delivery to avoid disappointment.

We cannot guarantee delivery date if you do not choose Special Delivery option, and we will not be held responsible for delays in 1st class post.




Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will try and back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices include VAT at 15%

Credit Card Security All credit card payments are done by HSBC Esecure Payments, Only they receive your credit card details letting us know if the payment was authorised or not.
If we receive an order and the payment is not authorised, the payment will be accepted but we will wait 7 days for clearing .

Credit card transactions will appear on your statement as Internet Gifts.

a. Take and fulfill customer orders

Returns Policy If you wish to cancel an order please do so asap. If an item is faulty please contact us to arrange replacement/refund, within 7 days.

If damaged in transit, please also conatct us, within 7 days.

If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or faulty, please conatct us cancelling the order within 7 working days of receipt. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS UNLESS PREVIOUSLY ARRANGED . Items must be returned to us original condition and packaging. Please ensure your order number is on all correspondence as we will not refund without it. Goods returned for reason other than fault or damage will be refunded less the cost of postage.

Orders cancelled after 7 working days of receipt will be refunded less cost of postage and 25% restocking charge, once returned.

Proof of posting is not proof of receipt by us. We recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Post or Guaranteed Special Delivery.

Once worn, played with, incomplete or misused we will not refund or replace clothes & shoes or accessories.
